A variety of surgical procedures require the addition of wire to aid in stability and give a graft or other portion of bon some stability as it recovers. Additionally surgical pins are ubiquitously used in orthopedic procedures of the bone such as fracture repair to hold things in place. This instrument can be used to cut and trim both of these surgical accessories to make them even and level with their surroundings. This cutter features angled jaws and is available in a 1.7 mm maximum capacity or 2.5 mm maximum capacity.
