A unique feature of this instrument is the pin block which minimizes the changes of the jaws being overloaded. Additionally there is an adjustment nut which enables the blades to be adjusted during heavy use or after the blade has been replaced. This instrument is suited for side cutting and is available in three lengths 16″, 18.5″ and 22″ and with varied max cutting capacity 4.7 mm, 6.3 and 6.3 mm respectively.
