Meeker Forceps are typically used during thoracic operations when hemorrhaging occurs in vessels or arteries. The serrated jaws are angled at 90 degrees and can tightly grasp the desired tissue or vessel. The length ranges from 7" and 10 Ā¾" depending on the depth depending on the type of procedure being performed.

These scissors are flat with blunt tips, ideal for dissecting soft tissue. Supercut scissors are designed to provide the surgeon with maximum control.
